There are 68 employees including 12 engineers and technicians in the company. It has 50 advanced wine-making equipments imported from France and Italy which could finish removing stem, crushing, pressing, separating, fermenting, freezing and filtering. Also it owns 2 imported production lines for automatic filling. The annual capacity is more than 10,000 tons. Adopting traditional process and advanced technology from France and Italy, it has accumulated a unique process and management method after 3 years' guidance by some famous wine maker from France and Italy. The chief engineer is a committeeman of national wine-judging committee. The company owns great ability of production development and quality assurance. Pengzhu brand dry red and dry white grape wine, which are our major products, own excellent quality and great honor in both domestic and oversea markets, and they were chosen as silver medal winner in the 1st Agriculture Fair. The products have qualified the standard of DOGG in Italy and AOC in France. Dry red and dry white achieved 1st and 2nd winner respectively in the grape wine evaluating of Shandong in 1990, were awarded the title of "top ten" product by the Chinese Grape Wine Monitoring Center in 1996; were regarded as famous brand product in China Agriculture International Fare of 1999 and 2001.
